Responsibility
(Act with the vision of sustaining and uplifting society.)
Bhagavad Gita – Chapter 3, Verse 20
At ICPA, we believe impact must endure. Charity may address a moment; systems shape a lifetime. That is where we choose to intervene.

We strengthen institutions that educate, heal, and empower. We remove financial and structural barriers that interrupt progress. We integrate technology where it expands access and dignity. Our philosophy is simple: build capacity, ensure continuity, and create outcomes that last beyond the intervention itself.

Where are we going To improve access to quality education, healthcare, and employability by removing financial barriers, reinforcing institutional capacity, and integrating technology that expands equitable opportunity.

How we get there To build a society where access to learning, healthcare, and opportunity are supported by resilient institutions and inclusive systems.

Rules we follow
Healthcare accounts for over half of total CSR engagement. Within this, nearly 40% is directed towards institutional infrastructure and capacity strengthening — anchoring
long-term improvements in diagnostic and
surgical service delivery.
Disaster + Environment
We view education as the most durable pathway to breaking intergenerational cycles of disadvantage, and invest in institutions, access, and inclusive learning systems that enable uninterrupted progression from schooling to professional pathways.
