  1. Provided financial assistance to more than 500 students (avg. ₹ 13,000 per student) for school, college, and professional coaching  fees paid directly to institutions ensuring transparency and continuity.
  2. Upgrading infrastructure at a CBSE affiliated tribal school in Ghoti, Nashik through Manilal Kisanlal Manavseva Sanstha – compound wall, and Maths, Science, Computer and Music labs for ~400 students
  3. Installed AI-enabled Kibo XS (Trestle Labs) at Team Vision Macro Lab – 2,036 pages across 14 books digitised since April 2025, benefiting 34 primary and 3,000+ secondary users with visual impairment.
  4. Stabilised operations at a distressed school in Palanpur through Shri Surajmal Lallubhai Doshi Charitable Trust staff salaries and operating expenses covered, protecting ~360 students’ continuity of education.

  1. Provided intravenous TPN to 60+ malnourished paediatric cancer patients at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital – 800+ patient-days of support during induction, chemotherapy, and bone marrow transplantation, referred from Maharashtra, UP, Bihar, Telangana, and Rajasthan.
  2. Over 3.1 lakh patients benefited from advanced imaging, laparoscopic, endoscopic, and electrosurgical systems installed at KEM Hospital, Tata Memorial Hospital, and Jayaben Modi Hospital enhancing diagnostic accuracy and surgical precision.
  3. Supported ICT Mumbai and Madras Diabetes Research Foundation – four-year oral and topical product development programme and specialised diabetes prevention research driving evidence-based innovation.
  4. Financial assistance to 1600+ beneficiaries (avg. ₹5,000) for critical surgical and medical care through Shri Kunthunath Swami Jain Foundation, Ankleshwar Industrial Development Society, and Get Well Soon.

  • More than 90 students from Mula’s Education Society (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Yash Institute of Pharmacy (Ahmednagar), and Government College of Pharmacy (Surat) completed an industry-oriented Quality Control skill enhancement programme combining theory with hands-on case-based learning for pharma quality roles
  • Over 14,000 tribal school and college students in Ankleshwar trained in computer literacy and Tally software through Ramkrishna Vivekanand Charitable Trust — enhancing digital and financial skills for long-term employability.

Governance & Compliance

ICPA’s CSR programmes operate under Board-level oversight through the CSR Committee and are implemented in accordance with the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time.

All CSR interventions are aligned with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, ensuring that initiatives fall within the prescribed list of
permissible activities.

Implementation partners are identified through a structured due diligence process in compliance with Rule 4 of the CSR Rules, 2014, including verification of eligibility, track record, governance standards, and registration requirements such as CSR-1 filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

Programmes are governed by robust internal financial controls in line with Section 134(5)(e) of the Act, supported by periodic audits, utilisation
tracking, and outcome-based monitoring frameworks. Impact assessment, where applicable, is undertaken in accordance with Rule 8(3) of the CSR Rules.

ICPA adheres to defined internal policies on ethics, prevention of conflicts of interest, data protection, and safeguarding, ensuring responsible stewardship, transparency, and accountability across all CSR interventions.
